- Ingredients (serving – two persons)
250 grams Mutton
1 tspn ginger garlic paste (freshly made)
2 medium onions sliced
2 tomatoes
2-3 green chillies
Salt (as per your req)
1tsp chilly
1/4 tsp tumeric
2 tsp corainder powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp fennel powdered (optional)
Oil 3 tbsp
1 tbsp Pure ghee
Bunch of corainder leaves
Bunch of mint leaves
Method:
1.Add all the above ingredients along with mutton in a pressure cooker. Keep it for 3-4 whistles or until your mutton is cooked enough. You will get some undone gravy with lil water.
2. Now take a non-stick frying pan and put ghee in it, transfer complete curry made out of step in to the pan and put flame on high, keep stirring till the water completely disappears and keep frying till it forms a thick gravy coated on mutton as in picture, add some fresh leaves and serve.
