Sprouted Green moong dal Dosa
1 cup Green Moong dal saoked for 15 hours
10 Curry Leaves
¼ tsp Zeera
Salt as per intake
4 Green chillies
4 tbsp Semolina
½ cup curd
Salt to taste
4 tbsp Rice Powder
Step 1: Soak 1 Cup green Moong dal with ample water for at least 12 and cover them with damp towel for 6 hours (until you see them sprouting )
Step 2 : Add all the mentioned ingredients in mixer and grind them to a fine paste, add water to adjust the consistency, the batter should not be too runny or too thick. It has to be same as Dosa batter consistency.
Keep the batter aside for twenty minutes(you can also make instantly).
Step 3 : Spead one laddle of the batter on medium hot cast iron pan or non stick pan.
Make sure your pan is not too hot, it’s very important to cook the dosa on low flame.
Serve with tomato cashew nut chutney!
You can also Serve with coconut or tomato chutney. Enjoy!
