Bhadang is a spicy Maharashtrian chiwda made of puffed rice. It is also known as murmure or kurmure in the Western Maharashtra region around Kolhapur where it is very popular. Its got a garlicky flavour, with spices and lots of peanuts making it a crunchy irresistible snack.
